1. General Policy
- All payments made for coaching sessions, training programs, workshops, or consulting services are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in writing.
- By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you wish to reschedule a booked session, you must notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance (as per your service agreement).
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited, with no refund.
- In the event we must cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you an alternate date/time or provide a session credit.
3. Workshops, Programs & Packages
- Fees for group programs, training, or workshops are non-refundable once the program has started.
- If you withdraw before the program begins, you may request a partial refund (subject to administrative and processing fees).
- Unused sessions in a package will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Digital Products & Materials
- Payments for digital courses, e-books, templates, or downloadable content are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Services not being delivered due to our inability or fault.
- Any refund, if approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
